How to use both your head AND your heart to create this relationship. How to move forward with money in a relaxed, confident way. Description: Engaging exercises and lively discussion will lead you towards clarity and courage on your financial journey. We will explore the process and ourselves through the lens of mindfulness, to help you understand any limiting beliefs that are standing in your way, so that you can approach your money goals from a sense of wholeness rather than from a place of lack.
